Abstract
Lottery mechanism is a very popular activity since ancient times because of "luck" uncertain factor
among the activities become full of fun. In recent years digital lottery behavior can be found anywhere,
are the protocols upon which the scenario are based fair? Are the security mechanisms adequate to
effectively prevent malicious behavior? They have long been much discussed.
Online lottery system apply to wide scenarios, for example, a part of the a Game,or activities of the
lottery which a large number of people to participate. If there is no one perfect and fair agreement to
support electronic lottery situations, there will be no way to convince participants to trust the system,
and thus unable to popularize and implement truly fair online lottery systems.
Because of methods which adequately address the fairness and secure requirements of digital
lotteries are lacking in practice. Sometimes the vast majority of lottery activities only require
participants to trust the organizing officials.
Based on lottery-type game events, this scheme first proposes a novel digital signature, which
integrates the proxy signature and oblivious signature mechanisms. This signature protocol is then used
to design a fair online lottery system. This system not only satisfies the fairness and safety secure
requirements of a lottery, but also uses a proxy mechanism to improve the system’s overall efficiency.
Finally, the system is implemented on a smart phone to provide the player with a more convenient
digital experience while participating in game activities which take place in a truly fair environment.
