Abstract

The electrokinetics phenomena is applied in an electric field assisted nano-metal clusters reactions and this reactor is proposed to convert the methane fuel into possible methanol products for direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC). This proposed reactor is also expecting to convert the methanol into less poison products into DMFC. The fuel system of fuel cell is a steam reforming system and this catalysts reactors are required in 650 ℃and 350 ℃ for methane and methanol, alternatively. This proposed reforming system is proposed to apply the electrokinetic catalysis by using nano-metals for conversion of gas fed and liquid fed hydrocarbons into reforming fuels for DMFC. 表 C011
