Abstract

運用CT影像開發一套急性胰腺炎的插管輔助系統,透過人工智慧判斷CT影像中存活胰腺及炎症區域,並建構三維圖像及相關結構定位,規劃插管路徑,提供醫師在術前擬定手術計劃有客觀分析作為參考,以提升執行插管手術時的準確性及安全性。分為四部分來完成這項計畫:(1) 醫學影像自動分割、空間定位與邊緣偵測;(2)研究三維影像重建及計算CTSI評分;(3) 研究基於臨床多約束條件的引流管穿刺路徑自動規劃;(4) 以GPU進行建模與路徑規劃加速並開發輔助系統。
