Abstract

儘管 COVID-19 大流行被宣布不再是國際關注的突發公共衛生事件,但嚴重急性呼吸道症候群冠狀病毒2 (SARS-CoV2)與其它潛在新興病毒仍然對公共衛生系統構成威脅。闡明RNA病毒誘導之脂質代謝重編程及其機制對病毒學基礎知識有所裨益,尤其是宿主與病毒相互作用方面知識。它還為尋找未知的抗病毒藥物標靶分子開闢嶄新途徑,且加速藥物開發進程。本計畫研究發現並不侷限於腸病毒,尚可適用於其它 RNA 病毒。
