Abstract
研究膽鹼、磷脂膽鹼、磷脂膜膽鹼及磷脂膜磷脂膽鹼在三種腦細胞（神經細胞，星形膠質細胞和小膠質細胞）中的作用，探討是否能藉著調節choline-phosphatidylcholine來治療HD的神經退化。為了開發有助於治療HD的藥物，將使用磁振波譜(MRS)來解析其在代謝功能的分析工具。為了促進臨床應用，我們將先以HD基因轉殖細胞及小鼠來開發幫助因能量衰竭導致神經細胞死亡的補充生物能量的方法，希冀未來應用於HD患者。
