Abstract

本計畫主要欲驗證一套由申請人開發完成原型的新型數位化鏡像治療系統，此系統可即時將使用者的動作進行數位影像轉換，將健側手動作轉換成單手或雙手的鏡像視覺回饋，並可搭配不同的鏡像治療訓練模式。第一部分研究主要是使用隨機臨床試驗以驗證此套數位鏡像治療系統運用於中風個案之療效，第二部分研究則探討不同鏡像視覺回饋情況的大腦電生理機制。本研究的實證基礎與腦電生理機制將支持此新型鏡像治療系統於臨床實務的運用，此研究結果亦可促進與加速數位化中風復健醫療的發展，此套鏡像治療系統提供不同的鏡像視覺回饋訓練模式，可做為數位復健介入的亮點與新選擇，未來不僅可於臨床使用，亦可延伸至社區或居家場域，嘉惠更多服務的個案。
