Abstract

此計畫其目的為結合臨床資料庫、線上生化資料庫與基礎實驗，以期能從臨床出發，多方探索中醫藥用於脂肪肝之可行性與重要之處方與其組合。由此計畫之成果，可由臨床角度首窺中草用於脂肪之臨床反應，且其重要處方與其作用蛋白與機轉亦具有相當重要性，其一可用於後續新藥開發與從中醫角度找尋新的脂肪肝作用點，其二亦可了解中草藥與西藥之異同，最後，此一研究成果與架構亦可公開於開放平台(NAFLDCMN, 脂肪肝中藥網絡圖)供後續研究標的參考。
