Abstract

肝癌在亞洲的發生率高,然而肝癌的複發率也高且晚期病人的預後很差。癌症免疫治療近年在臨床的發展快速。過繼性T細胞治療作用於肝癌的病人是一種有潛力的輔助性抗癌治療。本研究目的是利用不同細胞因子刺激或免療藥物的組合方式以增強「細胞因子誘導的殺手細胞」的毒殺能力。未來有機會作為肝癌的細胞治療。
