Abstract
本計畫是上一期計畫 (2024/08/01-2025/07/31) 的人體試驗延續計畫，為期一年，主要是利用今年建置完成之 Au/Cu-Chl(H)、Au/Cu-Chl(H)/Anti-EN2/BSA 與Au/Cu-Chl(H)/Anti-PSA/HS 電極分別對200位 (正常人+前列腺肥大患者) 和200位前列腺癌患者作人體試驗。試驗的內容是以本計畫提出之光電化學法快速偵測尿液中的代謝物 sarcosine 和目標抗原 EN2，以及血清中之目標抗原PSA的濃度。藉由檢測結果以評估在尿液中偵測前列腺癌的可行性，期望能以本研究研發的Au/Cu-Chl(H) 電極平台與光電化學法，快速偵測前列腺癌，藉由多重偵測提高對前列腺癌早期偵測與療治後追蹤的準確性。
