Abstract

本計畫在研究免疫治療中的抗藥性問題,特別針對肝細胞癌(HCC)。計畫的方向之一是確認抑制性TANs(腫瘤相關中性粒細胞)對抗藥的影響,為揭示腫瘤免疫逃逸機制提供關鍵線索。其次則是評估CpG為基礎的創新療法在克服HCC免疫治療抗藥性方面的潛力,探索新的治療策略,提升免疫治療效果。最後,計畫希望解決晚期HCC中Atezo/Bev抗藥性這一未滿足的臨床需求,並為改善免疫治療結果提供新的思路與途徑。此計畫不僅有助於提升HCC免疫治療的療效,對於推動癌症免疫療法的學術發展具有重要意義,為未來抗癌治療提供更有效的選擇。從社會與經濟角度看,計畫可能減少晚期HCC病人的死亡率,提高患者生活品質,降低醫療支出,對公共衛生及經濟發展帶來積極影響。
