Abstract
本計畫在研究免疫治療中的抗藥性問題，特別針對肝細胞癌（HCC）。計畫的方向之一是確認抑制性TANs（腫瘤相關中性粒細胞）對抗藥的影響，為揭示腫瘤免疫逃逸機制提供關鍵線索。其次則是評估CpG為基礎的創新療法在克服HCC免疫治療抗藥性方面的潛力，探索新的治療策略，提升免疫治療效果。最後，計畫希望解決晚期HCC中Atezo/Bev抗藥性這一未滿足的臨床需求，並為改善免疫治療結果提供新的思路與途徑。此計畫不僅有助於提升HCC免疫治療的療效，對於推動癌症免疫療法的學術發展具有重要意義，為未來抗癌治療提供更有效的選擇。從社會與經濟角度看，計畫可能減少晚期HCC病人的死亡率，提高患者生活品質，降低醫療支出，對公共衛生及經濟發展帶來積極影響。
