Abstract

根據我們先前的研究發現mTOR在調節細胞蛋白質合成上扮演著關鍵角色,提高細胞的mTOR活性可以增加蛋白質產量,由於mTOR活性受到複雜的正負因子所調控,因此我們決定重塑整條mTOR訊息傳遞路徑,使mTOR活性達到最大化。另一方面,我們也嘗試改良蛋白質的啟動子,使其對mTOR調控具有更高的敏感性,提高蛋白質產量。藥華醫藥是一家專門生產蛋白質藥物的生技公司,我們將與藥華醫藥合作,希望建立高產能的CHO細胞株,幫助生技公司降低成本提高利潤。
