Abstract

由於人口老化，骨質疏鬆會是重要的社會健康重要課題。我們將透過研究SLc13A5於成骨細胞中的生物功能外，同時了解檸檬酸鹽於成骨過程中的分子機制，以提供骨鬆藥物研發的新方向。此結果可減少嚴重骨質疏鬆產生及骨頭健康保養，降低社會醫療的成本。
