Abstract

經由可與 CD28分子結合的篩選平台,本計畫將以細胞培養與動物模式試驗方式,探討Rhodiosin 或紅景天中類黃酮化合物調控過敏性氣喘疾病中過度活化之 T 細胞或是巨噬細胞的活性與肺部發炎病變,並進行仔細的分子機制探討。研究結果對於未來欲在臨床上應用Rhodiosin或是紅景天中類黃酮化合物來控制嚴重性氣喘,可提供劑量與給藥頻率的參考,加上清楚的免疫調控機制,為開發氣喘新藥奠定學理基礎。預期經由這些科學實證的結果,可提升中西醫結合的意願,為氣喘病人的治療提供整合的新方向,整體改善國人的健康與福祉,並有機會投入新藥的開發,提升我國生技產業的競爭力。
