Abstract

急性腎損傷是臨床上相當常見的現象,醫療水準的提升,全球糖尿病患者逐年增加,高齡人口持續增長是導致末期腎病及各種死亡原因的高危險因子,導致住院後醫療資源的支出。急性腎損傷是複雜的臨床問題,現今仍缺乏有效的藥物干預方法。本計畫預期釐清腺嘌呤核糖磷酸轉移酶在急性腎損傷期間的分子機制,評估作為嘌呤補救途徑上下游應用於急性腎損傷生物標記及藥物標靶的潛力,藉此設計合宜的急性腎損傷藥物治療策略,供未來藥物開發人員應用於臨床用途。
