Abstract

肝癌為台灣主要癌症死因的第2位, 容易復發是病人癒後差的主因. 在我們先前的研究中發現 在腫瘤細胞中高度表先SOX4則是與肝癌病人存活差之獨立因子, 而Nrf2/KEAP1/ARE這條訊息傳導路徑是細胞內調節氧化壓重要之因子,同時也跟病人之癒後, 藥物治療抗藥性等息息相關。了解兩者之調控方式將提供我們更了解癌細胞內氧化壓力如何調解,同時也提供可能之癌症藥物治療契機.
