Abstract

根據國建署資料肝癌在台灣的癌症發生率為第五, 由於肝癌病人再復發及藥物治療的效果不甚理想, 因此死亡率依然高居第二. 其中造成失效的原因可能來自腫瘤細胞不正常之代謝途徑. 因此如果能夠抑制不正常之代謝途徑可能或許可以增加藥物治療效果. 因此藉由這個計劃我們希望能了解SOX4所影響的代謝途徑, 進而利用3D細胞培養系統來測試腫瘤細胞藥物之敏感性, 希望這些研究成果將來能運用於臨床上, 提供藥物治療的資訊.
