Abstract

絲胺酸、甘胺酸合成是細胞內重要的代謝途徑, 與癌細胞抗藥性、幹細胞特性、及腫瘤微環境中巨噬細胞極化有關, 這些都與病人預後差息息相關。藉由此計畫我們將了解SOX4如何藉由調節絲胺酸、甘胺酸合成進而改變腫瘤微環境的機制。而這類腫瘤組織高度表SOX4的病人的病人容易有抗藥性,可能需要生活飲食中需要適度限制絲胺酸、甘胺酸或是使用標靶藥物輔以絲胺酸合成抑制劑以利於肝癌相關治療!
