Abstract

空氣懸浮微粒(PM)與許多健康影響有關,其中最顯著的莫過於就是造成肺臟發炎。本計畫擬探討蜂膠對肺臟上皮細胞被空氣懸浮微粒刺激造成肺臟發炎引起細胞黏附因子(ICAM-1)及環氧化酶-2(COX-2)表現的保護效果過程中MT2A所扮演的角色。本研究結果期望能提供空氣懸浮微粒(PM)引起呼吸道疾病的另一個新穎且實用的治療方式。
