Abstract
精準醫療為目前癌症治療之趨勢。本研究利用整合國家級資料的優勢，全盤性檢視轉移性非小細胞肺癌、轉移性大腸直腸癌、轉移性乳癌與特定基因型態相關抗癌瘤藥物治療模式、治療結果與治療費用之逐年趨勢，推估各基因型態接受標靶藥物治療比例之逐年趨勢，並檢視生物相似性藥品的採用趨勢及其對醫療費用之影響。相關結果將有助於了解特定基因型態相關抗癌瘤藥物之實際臨床效益與費用、評估是否有需要透過介入以增加特定基因型態接受標靶藥物治療之可近性及增加生物相似性藥品之接受度與市場佔有率。相關研究結果亦可作為醫療資源配置決策及相關衛生政策介入規劃之參採。
