Abstract

本計畫是為了釐清 EB病毒溶裂感染期所產生的末端酶 BALF3使宿主DNA受損的過程中，有哪些細胞宿主蛋白參與。因此本計畫以鼻咽癌細胞以及鼻咽癌異體移植小鼠模型作為材料，主要目標為(1) BALF3 引起細胞DNA 損傷其角色和機制。(2) 鑑定和BALF3共同參與誘發DNA損傷的細胞蛋白，並了這些細胞蛋白在DNA損傷過程中的角色。 (3) 利用NPC PDX 小鼠活體模型探討EB病毒在溶裂感染期是如何被活化。希望透過本研究可深入了解EB病毒的BALF3的致癌機制，以及BALF3是透過哪些宿主細胞蛋白、訊號傳遞路徑和分子機制誘發鼻咽癌細胞的DNA損傷和癌化，對鼻咽癌日後的診斷與治療有所貢獻。
