Abstract

本計畫開發的超快速PCR及整合不同應用情境之產物呈現方式，是以臨床需求為出發的構想，超快速PCR整合免疫層析試紙可提供快速且肉眼即可判讀之檢測結果，預估可以在10分鐘內完成。此外，超快速PCR整合TFO標定技術可提供快速且高敏感度的DNA偵測。目前以PCR為主的分子診斷技術大多還是在醫學中心會是大型醫檢所執行，PCR的時間及其結果呈現方式，將是此技術推廣到定點照護應用的關鍵，相信藉由本計畫所發展的技術，可以為分子診斷帶來新的應用市場。
