Abstract

目前在文明社會中,約莫有將近百分之三十以上的人口罹患代謝性脂肪肝臟疾病,並且病例數不斷地快速增加,在未來,對於民眾健康、公共衛生、社會以及經濟都將是一大挑戰。因此,發展有效控制代謝性脂肪肝臟疾病的治療方法是相當刻不容緩的議題。本研究計畫的相關成果將能促使我們明瞭代謝性脂肪肝臟疾病發生之分子機制,並且能有助於在設計新穎的藥物開發上,提供理性基礎,為治療代謝性脂肪肝臟疾病帶來一線曙光。
