Abstract

對於噪音性聽損,目前臨床上並無適合的藥物來預防及治療,聽損對於個人及社會之影響甚鉅,因此亟需發展有效的治療方式。尤其對於經常接受噪音暴露的軍人以及高雄在地工廠的勞工,噪音性聽損是很常見的職業傷害。若本計畫的動物模式證實能藉由藥物調控交感神經功能來減少聽力損傷,將有助於未來人體臨床試驗之進行及發展新的治療藥物。
