Abstract

(1)台灣兒童非酒精性脂肪肝疾病隨兒童肥胖及靜態生活方式盛行，預計會持續增加。有發展非侵入性、不耗費專業人力的篩檢工具之需求。 (2)本試驗將建立以尿液磁振造影代謝圖譜鑑別全程非酒精性脂肪肝疾病，包含單純性脂肪肝、脂肪肝炎、肝纖維化及肝硬化各期別的模型。 (3) 結果將有助於開發大規模篩檢兒童非酒精性脂肪肝疾病工具，有助於預防醫學的政策訂定及國家衛生政策的方向。
