Abstract

多重慢性病可導致不適當的照護、較差的治療結果、較差的健康相關生活品質、較高的死亡率及較高的醫療費用。本研究將檢視多重慢性病之盛行率及醫療利用與費用之趨勢，並檢視個別慢性病病人之多重慢性病發生及醫療利用與費用。本研究結果可提供病人整合性醫療照護規畫及醫療資源配置與預算規畫的參考。此外，藉由對高發生風險的慢性病及高醫療費用的慢性病規畫預防介入計畫避免疾病發生，或透過監測達到早期發現早期治療，減少病人增加慢性病的負擔，並可減少慢性病的相關醫療支出。
