Abstract

糖尿病及腎臟病相關的困難癒合傷口已成為擴大中危機,不僅對人類健康構成嚴重威脅,對全世界的醫療照護也形成巨大財務負擔。了解窄頻長波長紅外光 (nbLWIR) 照射和加強缺氧誘導因子 (HIF-1) 表現兩者之間的關係,尤其是經由哪些訊息傳導路徑的磷酸化,導致了後續的細胞生長反應、細胞遷移行為改變、組織內微環境 (細胞對話、訊息傳遞) 的變化,會具有實際應用在醫療上的重要價值,我們鎖定困難癒合傷口這個廣泛、持續增加且影響深遠的臨床疾病,選擇適當的實驗模型進行深入的探討,期能解構nbLWIR照射對應磷酸根振動之HIF-1表現訊息傳導路徑圖譜,並將大幅提高局部性、非接觸性的物理化學治療方式之後續發展。
