Abstract
此計畫利用擬真天然動物感染模式探討不同性別對腸道病毒感染與生長複製的影響機制，本計畫成果預期可了解不同性別造成腸病毒感染的交互作用，即腸病毒感染後不同性別的免疫反應，而另一方面不同性別引起的細胞因子表現可以保護宿主，對抗腸病毒的感染。我們也將利用次世代定序分析解開不同性別的T細胞受體，並從其中尋找可能的抗腸病毒感染藥物，後續提供不同性別及免疫功能的作用機制。未來有機會開發出針對不同性別，應用於預防或治療腸病毒感染的方法。
