Abstract

住院醫師在面對住院病人時，通常根據病人的症狀進行臨床推理與診斷。如果能運用人工智慧工具（如 ChatGPT 和 Claude）快速獲取具基礎知識的建議，尤其是在處理兒童病人症狀時，將有助於更快速地獲得初步的鑑別診斷想法，進而提升病人照護的安全性、減少醫療資源的浪費，並促進資訊準確性的提升與發展。
