本計畫是研究DDX3X基因在雌性卵巢發育和卵子發生的重要性, 並且探討其分子作用機制。目前台灣的生育率下降, 不孕人口逐年增加, 少子化問題嚴重影響社會經濟及國家安全, 我們的研究成果將有助於了解部分女性不孕的原因, 提供這些不孕症患者新的治療策略。
