Abstract

本計畫的主要目的是透過動作與肌電圖分析來了解有無正常不安動作的早產嬰兒對早期自主動作的發展,如協調與肌肉協同等表現之影響。透過結合臨床評估、生物力學、及神經工程的跨領域合作模式,將更完整地評估高危險群嬰兒在確診為腦性麻痺並出現顯著動作功能損傷前的發展表現。此研究結果將作為早期動作訓練的實證基礎,依循目標導向的介入方式,設計更具體、精準、且即時的訓練計畫,提升治療效果。此外,後續研究亦可以針對不同的預後診斷與不安動作於身體個部位的表徵做次群組分析與長期追蹤,更進一步完善早期動作評估、預測、與有效的介入,從而增進發展高危險嬰兒族群的個體健康與家庭支持、並減少醫療與社會支出。
