Abstract

非對稱性二甲精氨酸是近年被廣泛討論的一種風險因子,一般目前多認為該風險因子與肝、腎臟疾病以及心血管疾病有關,殊不知,該風險因子也與腦部認知缺損具有很大的關聯。若能深入探討了解該因子並提出有效的治療方法,可以幫助臨床心臟、肝、腎臟疾病患者減少因該風險因子提高所面臨到的高死亡率與腦部相關病變之影響。
