Abstract

這一個研究計畫將運用單細胞定序技術研究分析兒童特殊的川崎症，經由這一個研究的成果將有機會解開川崎症世紀之謎的免疫致病機轉，透過T細胞分化研究可以提供未來調控與治療川崎症心臟血管發炎與冠狀動脈瘤的希望。預計可以分析不同的T細胞分化趨勢與川崎症疾病嚴重度及預後之關聯，運用調控T細胞分化趨勢進一步達到更有效治療疾病的可能。
