Abstract

在兒虐防治中，醫護具有重要的角色，而第一線接觸到兒童虐待的醫護人員最為關鍵，在見習醫師到畢業後一般醫學訓練(PGY)以及住院醫師階段有機有接觸到兒虐的病例，但由於年輕醫師的臨床經驗與兒虐相關教育訓練較不足，一旦面對兒虐病例，可能會忽略因虐待導致的問題而誤以為只是意外傷害。因此，本計畫運用驗傷採證暨傷勢測量教學、兒虐臨床高擬真及模擬法庭作證三個訓練課程，教導年輕醫師以提升其對兒童虐待的認知及刑事醫療能力。此外，藉由筆試與實作評分之前後測分析，證實了此課程對見習醫師、PGY及住院醫師關於兒虐的認知具有不錯的效果，且實作的成效具有較佳的持續性。
