Abstract
世界衛生組織提供Integrated Care for Older People (ICOPE) (老年人整合性照護)指引，強調關注老年人身心健康，評估老年人六項領域功能包含vitality(活力)、locomotor(運動)、visual(視覺)、hearing(聽覺)、cognitive(認知)、和psychological(心理)，並將其綜合的結果稱之為intrinsic capacity(內在能力)，建議強化內在能力以達到健康老化與降低使用依賴型照護服務風險具有重要的意義。此研究之目的為應用ICOPE 概念架構探討失智症危險因子及其對於失智症患者健康照護使用與死亡風險之影響。期望這些研究成果能有助於國家未來發展預防失智症之介入策略與失智症照護服務資源整合性規劃，以設法降低關於失智症照護之社會與經濟負擔。
