Abstract

循環腫瘤細胞是存在於癌症病患血液中的稀有細胞,這些細胞被認為與癌轉移有關。從血液中純化分離出的循環腫瘤細胞,可以被當成一種液態腫瘤檢體,它可用於抗癌藥物藥敏性測試,進而篩選有效的個人癌症藥物治療方。為此,本計劃提出一項能夠純化分離高純度、無標示、存活、且在生理上與癌症轉移具有關連性的循環腫瘤細胞,上述特性係目前其它循環腫瘤細胞純化分離方法所無法實現的。這些特殊的細胞除了可以應用於癌症基礎研究外,本研究擬展示利用上述特殊循環腫瘤細胞,來進行抗癌藥物藥敏性測試,最後將驗證利用前述測試結果來指導個人化癌症藥物治療的可行性。整體而言,我們深切期待本研究計畫的成果,能為癌症精準醫療的願景作出貢獻。
