Abstract

據統計國人因焦慮或失眠就醫的人口逐年增加,接受BzRAs處置者有二至四成會長期使用,影響健康亦造成醫療成本的耗費。本計畫針對長期服用BzRAs個案,發展以線上視訊以及線上數位課程提供之正念介入方案,並檢視於BzRAs減量或停用的成效。藉由計畫執行能對長期使用BzRAs者在停藥後降低藥物的依賴需求、以及焦慮失眠造成的身心困擾,能運用學習到的練習提升自我掌控力,來避免再度服藥;未來亦可推廣到社區民眾使用。另外運用線上視訊及線上課程,讓醫療從業人員以更經濟的方式提供照護,時間運用更有效率,增加醫護提供照護的產能。而發展之線上介入策略可提升相關學術研究的視野,亦可作為未來線上數位健康研究發展的參考。
