Abstract

A method for coronary syndrome screening by cardiovascular marking and machine learning algorithm is provided. The specimens of multiple subjects are tested using a kit with multiple cardiovascular markers, and the test results and their corresponding coronary syndrome states are input into the machine learning device. Based on variable selection method in combination with cardiovascular marker variables and coronary syndrome states, a predictive model of coronary syndrome is established by supervised machine learning algorithm. The cardiovascular marker kit test data detected from new subjects are input into the above-mentioned coronary syndrome predictive model for risk assessment of coronary syndrome. The above method can not only improve the convenience of coronary syndrome screening but also improve economic efficiency and correctness.
