Abstract

Disclosed is a method for analyzing test number by machine learning algorithm to detect microbes in body fluid, which includes: through the body fluid test kit test, correspondingly inputting biological sample data and microbial infection results of multiple subjects into the machine learning algorithm to establish a body fluid microbe prediction model; then, inputting a body fluid test value of a new subject into the body fluid microbe prediction model, so as to perform calculation and analysis on the possibility of the body fluid being affected by microbes. Through the aforementioned method, labors and resources for testing body fluid microbes can be saved. In addition, the present invention can greatly optimize the time for testing body fluids and reduce the possibility of misjudgment, and can achieve considerable improvement in correctness, timeliness and reproducibility of interpretation results.
