A mobile phone with selection of remote-controlled initialization functions enables a user who has difficulty in turning on the mobile phone, e.g. a handicapped person or a person having difficulty in mobility, to remotely turn on the video and audio functions of the mobile phone through a reception module installed on the mobile phone and pre-set with a group of phone numbers allowed to be received by the mobile phone when an incoming phone call is within the group of phone numbers. A person having difficulty in mobility can perform conversation and view the other party without using hand, as well as remotely listening to conversation or viewing messages and/or pictures from the mobile phone. The remote-controlled reception module can be pre-set with a time for automatically turning on the mobile phone for avoiding the occurrence of forgetting to turn on the device.
