Abstract
A pure optical oral cancer detection method capable of increasing screening accuracy includes a step of firstly using a visible light LED photoelectric module oral camera for non-invasive inspection. When there is a doubt or a bad tissue is produced, the tissue will be pathologically sliced and analyzed by Raman spectroscopy. Preferably, the invention uses statistic software to determine a probability of suffering from oral cancer through linear discriminant analysis or quadratic discriminant analysis. The invention further uses white lights to calibrate the visible light LED photoelectric module oral camera and semiconductors as a carrier slide for the Raman spectrum analysis instrument. Both can all significantly enhance the accuracy of diagnosing oral cancer.
