不同程度敏化沃斯田鐵系不鏽鋼於過鈍態電位之交流阻抗分析

Abstract

本文主要探討沃斯田鐵系不鏽鋼(AISI 304)經輥軋原材與淬火韌化後,在700℃施以不同程度敏化處理,其在1M H2SO4+0.2wt%Cl溶液中,於過鈍態電位交流阻抗測試之行為。結果顯示具不同程度敏化材質其陽極極化並沒有差異,但在過鈍態電位(1.1 V vs. Ag/AgClsat.)以交流阻抗測試所得Nyquist圖可發現,傳導阻抗(Rt)值會隨敏化程度增大而變小,可判斷出不同敏化程度。輥軋原材經700℃敏化240小時處理,則發生治愈效果,經淬火韌化處理材質則在所處理條件下未發生。由顯微組織觀察,其經交流阻抗測試後表面呈粒間腐蝕,此可配合電化學結果而加以佐證。
As rolled and solution treated austenitic stainless steels (SISI 304), which were 700℃ heat-treated for different period and have different degree of sensitization, were measured their a.c. impedance at transpassive potential region in 1M H2SO4+0.2wt%Cl solution. Results show that anodic polarization curves were almost the same for different degree sensitized steels, but there are quite different for these steels in Nyquist diagrams tested from a.c. impedance at 1.1 V (vs. Ag/AgClsat.) transpassive potential, in which the charge transfer resistance (Rt) decrease with more sensitized steel. Therefore, austenitic stainless steel with different degree of sensitization can be judged using a.c. impedance testing at transpassive potential. After a.c. impedance test there were an intergranular corrosion on the surface of the sensitized steel. Healing effect was only found for as rolled austenitic stainless steels when sensitized at 700℃ over 240 hours, but not for solution treated steels.
