A transaction confirmation method, which is executed after a customer premises equipment is connected with a server, includes the following steps: (A) receiving original transaction entrustment information inputted by a client and transmitting the information to the server, the server generating a transaction password after receiving servo-end transaction entrustment information, and the server at least encoding the servo-end transaction entrustment information into a confirmation barcode; (B) receiving and displaying the transaction password and the servo-end transaction entrustment information, wherein at least the servo-end transaction entrustment information is received and displayed according to the type of the confirmation barcode; (C) decoding the confirmation barcode, and providing the servo-end transaction entrustment information, which is obtained by decoding into plain text, to the client for confirming the information is correct; and (D) receiving a return password and transmitting it to the server for allowing the server to perform the comparison and executing the transaction while the return password and the transaction password are identical.
