Abstract
A biological detection method with poly isopropylacrylamide colloid as enzyme embedding material for one-time use comprises the following steps. Step 1: preparing N-isopropylacrylamide aqueous solution; step 2: preparing isopropylacrylamide colloid; step 3: adding enzyme into the buffer solution and then mixing with isopropylacrylamide colloid; step 4: embedding the enzyme with the isopropylacrylamide colloid to immobilize on the sensing membrane of biosensor for measurement. Poly isopropylacrylamide colloid has feature in that it can be solidified on heating, which is utilized as enzyme embedding material, and can be directly cooled and rinsed with water after measurement. The cleaning operation is easy and low cost. Moreover, this invention uses biosensor with europium titanium oxide (EuTixOy) as sensing membrane of EIS element, which has better sensitivity or accuracy than previous products.
