Abstract

The present invention provides tissue engineering equipment for a bio-mimetic tissue structure, which comprises a dielectrophoretic force control device, a light source control device and a 3D-structured colloid preparation device. The implementation method employs the dielectrophoretic force to control the specimen within a controlled area, and conducts continuous cultivation with a continuous perfusion system, followed by employing fluid to slowly perfuse a single-layered algae colloid into the slots on an acrylic sheet for stacking, forming the algae gel as small pieces in 3D structure and taking out and overturning the pieces to become a small piece of bio-mimetic tissue 3D structure.
