Abstract

Provided is a method for identifying the heterogeneity of a microbiological feature by using optically-induced dielectrophoresis. The method includes: firstly, pretreating a certain amount of microbiological sample solution, and the to-be-detected microbiological sample solution treated according to the selected conditions may have differences in electrical properties such as conductivity and electric dipole moment inductivity; after placing the to-be-detected microbiological sample solution on a chip body, through operating a light source projection device, the heterogeneity of the microbiological feature is identified by virtue of the fact that the direction of an action force generated by the principle of optically-induced dielectrophoresis is opposite to the flow direction of the to-be-detected microbiological sample solution, thereby meeting double requirements of accuracy and fast testing time in clinic microbiological testing practices.
