Abstract
一種使用光介電泳力鑑別微生物特徵異質性之方法，先取得一定量之微生物樣品溶液進行前處理步驟，經挑選條件處理後之待測微生物樣品溶液可能發生導電性、電偶極距誘導性等電特性差異，將待測微生物樣品溶液放置於晶片本體上後，透過操作光源投影裝置，藉由光介電泳力原理產生作用力與待測微生物樣品溶液的流動方向相反，做出微生物特徵異質性之鑑別，藉此達到臨床微生物檢驗實務上對於正確性及檢驗時效快的雙重要求。
