Abstract

The present invention discloses a plasmid for promoting the amplification of influenza A virus. The humanSlu7(hSlu7) gene fragment in the plasmid is inserted into the chromosome of the avian cells or the chicken embryo’s spinal cord, so thathSlu7gene is expressed to promote the splicing of mRNA of M gene of the virus, increase the generation of ion channel protein M2 and promote the viral amplification after the avian cells or the chicken embryo is infected by the virus. The propagation for influenza vaccine is enhanced, and the cost therefore is efficiently reduced.
