Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing particle internalization of cell, in which polyphenolic compounds and derivatives thereof are added to a medicine or biological molecule transport system in order to increase the total amount of medication or biological molecules carried by the medicine or biological molecule transport system internalized into a cell. In making use of such a characteristic of the polyphenolic compounds and the derivatives thereof, it only needs to mix the polyphenolic compounds and the derivatives thereof with an existing medicine or biological molecule transport system and have it delivered into a biological body. This utilization has a simple operation and does not affect the advantages of the existing transport system. Further, the medicine or biological molecule transport system may comprises a magnetic carrier, whereby an externally applied magnetic field can be used to guide the carrier to a specific effect site in order to increase total amount of medication or biological molecule acting on specific cells.
