Abstract
The present invention provides a personal safety care monitoring system and method, with which the combined technologies of RFID, global position system, global system for mobile communication and geographic information system are utilized to change the manual passive lost-and-found method in the past into an active search model, and present a geographic position of a missing person in a visualized manner and different lost-and-found information in accordance with the terminal equipment used by the searcher, so as to find the missing aged within the golden 24 hours of the highest recovering rate.
