The present invention provides a health consulting system, which comprises an input/output platform, a plurality of databases, and at least one processing unit. A user inputs a plurality of physiological data on the input/output platform and acquires a result of health consultation. The plurality of databases includes a health education suggestion database, a foodstuff database, an exercise database, a living improvement suggestion database, and a physiological value judgment database. The processing unit is connected to the input/output platform and the databases to receive the physiological data entered by the user for performing analysis and then retrieve related data from the corresponding database, such as health education suggestions, arrangement of diet, planning of exercise, and living improvement suggestions retrieved according to the physiologic data, which are shown on the input/output platform for user's reference.
